About Speak Volumes Therapy, LLC
At Speak Volumes Therapy, LLC, we provide high-quality speech therapy services for children presenting with language delays, articulation impairment, and other diagnoses impacting communication. We specialize in helping children under 6 years old who may have speech or language delays. Our experienced therapists utilize techniques such as supported communication (AAC), Gestalt Language Processing, parent coaching, and child led play based therapies. Our flexible speech therapy services can be provided in a variety of locations to fit your needs, and working with a skilled therapist in your everyday environment can help you learn the best ways to support your child’s communication needs. Meet Hannah Waff, owner of Speak Volumes Therapy, LLC. She's a licensed speech and language Pathologist specializing in pediatric speech and language delays or disorders. Hannah received her education at Old Dominion University. She's passionate about meeting individualized communication needs through child led and child motivated therapy and sharing knowledge with parents through a coaching model. Involving caregivers optimizes outcomes for children with communication needs. Speak Volumes Therapy works toward providing effective communication for all, despite the challenges, limitations, or differences in how that person communicates.

Complete intake paperwork. This is a “pre” assessment, so we can spend more time with your child at the evaluation

Schedule an evaluation to assess your child’s specific communication needs.

Create a treatment plan with your therapist. To include frequency of services, type of service, and goals.

Why does Speak Volumes only accept these insurances?
Speak Volumes Therapy, LLC actively seeks contracts with other major insurances in the area, however due to specialty services provided, fair reimbursement rates are needed to support patients with these insurances. While you may be unable to bill directly to your insurance, private pay options to include payment plans are available with the opportunity to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan via a “Super Bill”.
The cost of treatment depends on how long you need therapy, the type of therapy, and how often you have sessions. You will learn about the rates during your consultation appointment.
What is a Super Bill?
A super bill is an itemized receipt of paid speech and language services provided by Speak Volumes Therapy, LLC. This bill can be submitted to your insurance for potential full/partial reimbursement of services rendered. Super bills are provided once a month upon request. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and it is important to call your insurance to understand what may or may not be covered/reimbursed, such as a physician referral, diagnosis codes, etc.
